WELCOME TO THE CROCODILE CONSERVATION FARM

 

The crocodile conservation farm was set up by a group of fishermen in 1985 but was deemed unsustainable so most of the group pulled out. The goals of the farm changed to a reproductive program for conservation .

The freshwater lagoon of La Colorada is home to a crocodile conservation farm, you can come and walk around this lagoon and you will have the opportunity to see some wild crocodiles in conservation.
